🔒 FK Physique Academy – Policies & Terms of Service At FK Physique Academy, we’re committed to delivering transformative results through personalized coaching and structured programs. To ensure transparency, professionalism, and the best possible experience for both online and in-person clients, please review our official policies below. 1️⃣ ONLINE PROGRAMS POLICY Applies to: Monthly Programs, Nutrition Plans, Supplement Plans, Natural Competition Prep 💳 Payment & Program Access • Full payment is required prior to the start of any online program or plan. • Financing options are available for programs of 3 months or longer, with a 5% admin fee. Please contact us to set up a payment schedule. • If a client has paid for a consultation session and decides to purchase a program, the consultation fee will be credited toward their next purchase. This applies once per client and must be used within 30 days of the initial consultation. 🔁 Refunds & Pausing • Due to the customized nature of our coaching, online programs are non-refundable once purchased. • We understand life happens. If necessary, you may defer your program once within 60 days of purchase due to illness, travel, or unforeseen emergencies. Advance notice is required. 🎁 Bonuses & Referral Rewards • Online programs include 50% off one in-person session paid at NLF (regularly $60) • Referral Bonus: Refer 3 people who purchase a program and receive a 1-month online training program FREE. There's no limit—refer as many as you'd like! 📲 Ongoing Support • Clients in online programs will receive continuous support via email and direct messaging throughout the duration of their program. We’re with you every step of the way. 2️⃣ IN-PERSON SESSIONS POLICY Applies to: Private Training, Small Group Resistance Training, Bonus Sessions, and Posing Sessions 📍 Location All in-person sessions are conducted at: No Limits Fitness 905 8th St, Kamloops, BC V2B 2X6 💳 Payment • All in-person training services must be paid directly to No Limits Fitness at the time of booking. • Please do not make in-person payments through our website. 🕑 Booking & Cancellation Policy • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of the session. • Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the coach. 👥 Small Group Resistance Training • Group sessions are held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. • Spots are limited and must be con
